We meet with Company Owners for a Needs Assessment Consultation. Then, COPE Consulting, LLC creates a custom Coaching Opportunity Program for Employees based on your company’s wants and needs. The COPE Program can include (but is not limited to): on-site visits from coach, individual meetings with coach, individual email/phone/virtual contact with employees.

The key to the success of this program is the professional and confidential partnerships developed between the life coach and employees. These partnerships provide opportunities where employees are more apt to discuss issues with the coach before they get to a level that becomes detrimental to the employee’s productivity, the company’s success and, in turn, the company’s customers.
