Everyone wants/needs/deserves to have someone TRULY listen to them; someone to listen to them in a different way than a friend, a spouse, a boss or a co-worker can and would; someone to listen to them without an agenda. I am that someone.

I am a Life Coach. My job is to listen. I provide companies with a confidential, unbiased, non-judgmental listening ear to help their employees deal with the stresses in their lives (personal, relationship, work-related, family, etc). I appreciate the trust people put in me and the opportunities I have to work with people in this way.

My commitment to confidentiality and my ability to listen to and connect with people quickly are the foundations of why companies and their employees use, trust and value the services I provide.
